Chapter 8 Exercise 4:Adjusting the image with curves in photoshop

    In the image adjustment menu, there are many tools to choose from, and the curve is one of the unique tools. The curve is not a filter. It is based on the original image to make some adjustments, unlike the filter can create out of thin air effect;
   Curves aren't that elusive, and once if I've mastered the basics, you can master filters as quickly as any other tool.
Control curves can bring you more drama, more beautiful will come from your people;
Through the curve, I learned how to adjust the whole or individual channel contrast, can adjust the brightness of any local, can adjust the color.

     Move the curve up and down to make the image lighter or darker. Move up the curve. When the input value is less than the output value: the image becomes brighter. The other way around it gets darker.

after adjusting the curves
Increase and decrease the tonal contrast
Increase tonal contrast: top control points to the left and bottom control point to the right, so that the shadows become black and the highlights become white, increase tonal contrast, the middle tone area becomes narrow, the details lack color.
